Daniel Quinn
From Envirowiki
Daniel Quinn is a writer who dissects myths within the culture of most human societies (east and west, capitalist and socialist, and others that are part of the general dominant culture since the agricultural revolution - ie. pretty much any current non-tribal society).
Quinn's concepts include Human exceptionalism, the law of limited competition (one of the laws of life), totalitarian agriculture, and new tribalism. Quinn has also looked at animism. Fundamentally, Quinn's main points are that there is no one best way to live, and that everyone should be aware of the cultural myths surrounding them.
